In the first picture of the freezer :

  • Home made Vegetable Broth (up left corner in the picture)
  • Vegetable Scraps to make Vegetable Broth (up center in the picture)
  • Fresh Fruits I cut myself and Freeze for smoothies and recipes (up right in the picture : you can see pineapple and Peaches)
  • Ice cubes
  • Home made Popsicles! (or, actually, empty molds…)
  • Fresh Herbs, frozen with olive oil in an Ice cube mold and then, put in a plastic container (down center in the picture)
  • Leftover gnocchis to make my favourite soup (down right)
  • Cooked brown rice (down right). **I’m always trying to cook more brown rice than I need so I can put the leftovers to freeze in plastic containers and just heat them in the microwave when I need them! This kind of habit makes it easier to always eat healthy!
